Let's build something
together.
I'm actively looking for my next role. Whether you need a full-stack engineer, a backend specialist, or someone who can own a product end-to-end — let's talk.
What I Bring
Building production software across startups and established companies. Backend-heavy, full-stack capable.
Wealth Flow, CampHost.io, Hymnal — real products serving real users, built from the ground up.
Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, React, Next.js. I think in systems, not just features.
Before software, I designed drilling rigs and compressor skids. Precision and systems thinking are in my DNA.
What I'm Looking For
Roles
Full-time, contract, or freelance. I'm flexible on structure — what matters is the work and the team.
Location
Remote-friendly preferred. Based in Oklahoma, open to relocation for the right opportunity.
Availability
Available immediately. Ready to start as soon as we align on the right fit.
What Excites Me
Building systems that matter. Teams that ship. Problems that require thinking deeply about architecture, data, and user experience.
How I Work
I write code that's meant to survive contact with production. I care about clean APIs, well-modeled data, and systems that are easy to reason about six months after you wrote them. I'm not precious about tools — I'll use whatever gets the job done well.
I communicate directly, document what matters, and ship iteratively. I've worked solo on products from zero to launch, and I've worked on teams where clear ownership and good interfaces between systems matter more than any individual contribution.
My background in CAD design — building oil rigs and industrial equipment — taught me to think in constraints and tolerances. That mindset carries over: I design for failure modes, not just happy paths.
